Drop In Office Hours are Virtual

• Students may email at any time. Response times are delayed during evenings and weekends.
• Please review the drop in, no appointment needed office hours on go.ncsu.edu/cscadvising to speak with any CSC Academic Advisor.

• Appointment requests (for virtual, in-person, or phone) may use the form on go.ncsu.edu/cscadvising.

• “busy” or blank likely means I am unavailable for a meeting as I am completing other work

If you begin with an email:

Please send from your NCSU e-mail account (if you have one) and be sure to include:

• An appropriate subject line
• Your NCSU Student ID number, if applicable
• Your class and section number, if applicable
• A clear and concise description of your issue
• A screen shot if you are encountering a technical issue
• If requesting a VIDEO or PHONE MEETING, please use the form on: go.ncsu.edu/cscadvising instead of sending an email

Most e-mail communication is answered within 48 business hours. During the beginning two weeks of the term, pre-registration advising, and the last week of the term, e-mail is typically answered within 72 business hours due to heavy volume.
